Doesn’t that chex mix look amazing?!

My friend Marc has the recipe for it on his food blog

He rolls the Chex in melted chocolate and peanut butter,

then tosses it in a mix of powdered sugar

and powdered freeze-dried strawberries

to get that pink color – yum!

Very sweet Valentine’s Day pix, and dad wants some of that Chex mix (mom wouldn’t allow it, so disguise the package as a tool or something).
