Sphynx

Sphynx Imagine if you will; you are in the historic Egyptian Theater in Park City, Utah.
The play is about to begin.
The lights go down and a spotlight comes on.
A man walks out onto the stage to introduce the play with this beauty on his shoulder.
Talk about bringing the house down before the play even begins!

Sphynx Sphynx was once a working cat at The Egyptian.
My sister worked as a Stage Manager there and fell in love with him,
who wouldn’t?
She started fussing over him, loving on him and babying him.
He loved it!
Sphynx decided he liked being fussed over
more than he liked his job at The Egyptian
and would no longer let anyone near him but my sister.
The Manager through up his hands in disgust and told sis to
‘just take him home, he’s made his decision’.

Sphynx Now Sphynx is coming out of retirement.
He has decided to keep his grandma company at her house
which just happens to be in a MUCH warmer climate,
something important for a hairless cat.

Sphynx There is an issue, and I’m hoping our Cat Blogosphere friends can help.
Sphynx is scratching up Grandma’s couch and rugs.
He as a scratcher pole, but is really doing some damage with the furniture.

Sphynx I’ve given Grandma what advice I can,
but it sure would be appreciated to hear what your solutions to this issue are.
Thanks everyone!

Sibbies

Puddin and Cookie Look at these two loving siblings, so sweet!

Panda Bear and Puddin Of course not all sibbies are born from the same litter,
Panda and Puddin are brothers by choice.
We are thankful for sibbies today, either literal sibbies
or sibbies by choice.
