Can Momma sit?

Peaches Peaches: Momma, come sit with me.
Cat Mom: I’d love to sweetie, if we could just get Megan to move off of my spot …

Megan Megan: What? You want THIS spot?!

Elf Elf: Ha, ha, ha, Momma’s not going to get that spot when The Megs uses those eyes of hers!
Cat Mom: I’m thankful for two couches today!

Multiple Thankfuls
We never planned on being a multiple cat household. But we moved to Texas and the neighborhood we chose seems to throw away cats like they do candy wrappers.
We saw animals in need and couldn’t turn them away.
Life throws you curveballs sometimes, I am so thankful for the opportunity to serve these sweet abandoned animals.
They give so much love and laughter and companionship, our lives are so full and wonderful.
We like the people our kitties have helped us become and are so thankful for them all.
Here are some memories of some of our rescue babies.

Marley and Mona Lisa Momma Marley and her daughter Mona Lisa rest together after their spay surgery.

Elf Elf, rejected by his overburdened feral Mom over 5 months ago.
He is on Cat Dad’s lap, his favorite spot in the world.

The gang Top to bottom: Gabby Rose, abandoned in the dead of winter. Baby Fox, one of Momma Marleys kits. Lub Muffin born of a feral Mom and trapped as a kit. Kai, abandoned and running across a 4 lane road when we first saw her. Now domestic royalty all – we sure love these furbabies!
