Thank Cod For Tabbies!

My very first kitty was a Tabby,

and I’ve had Tabby-babies ever since,

I am so thankful there are Tabbies in the world,

aren’t you?

Well over a decade ago, I stopped by our neighborhood grocery store

and as I approached the doors,

I saw a small Tortie kitten on top of the stack of pumpkins

in front of the store.

Whatever I had stopped by the store for was never purchased.

I did however come home with our first Tortie.

She was amazing, never batted an eye

as I put her in my car and drove home,

she just sat on the floor of the front passenger seat

and gave herself a bath.

Stella has such a powerful personality,

in a laid back kind of way,

but she is pure Tortie and has a well developed tortitude.

I am so thankful for our Pumpkin Patch Kid.
