I am Cupcake

Cupcake Cupcake: I was abandoned in the wilds of Weatherford Texas.
I was alone, scared and hungry.
But I found a home of a kind woman who gave me food and water.

Cupcake I was happy and felt loved.

Cupcake But then she put me into a cage! I was NOT happy!
She drove me all the way to Fort Worth, crying and talking to me.
I sang the song of my people for the whole hour of that journey, let me tell you!

She took me to a house where I was taken upstairs to a room with a screen door and let out of my cage. I was at Catscue HQ I was told.
The smells here were different, and there are other kitties who come to the outside of that screen door and sniff at me. I hiss and whappy paw at them right away – gotta set the rules you know, they can’t mess with the Cupcake.
The peeps who live here come and pet me. I allowed it, but only for a while, then I whappy pawed them, letting them know that Cupcake rules!
These peeps sleep a lot, up to 8 hours! Well, I wasn’t having any of that! Around 3 a.m. I decide they have slept enough and I march around the room singing the song of my people until they get up to pet me. Then I zoom into the closet and let them go back to sleep.

They feed me really good noms, so I decided I’d stop whapping them and let them sleep 8 hours.
As long as my breakfast is served on time, I’m okay with the sleeping.
I am Cupcake and I’m glad to meet y’all!
