Farewell

Hi all, it has been a while since we have posted.

We wanted to let you know that the kitties, Cat Dad and myself are healthy and doing well.

Life kinda went upside down for a while in the last year

and we have not had time to keep up with our blog.

So, in May we will not be continuing our website.

It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye.

This is one of the most amazing online communities on the planet.

You have encouraged us, helped us and saved some kitties lives here at Catscue

by giving good advice when there was a problem with a cat of ours.

We’ll keep up with you and your kittes and pups as we can.

Please know that we will carry you all in our hearts always.

I’ve been missing you, in fact, I’ve checked a couple of times and wondered what was up.

It makes me sad you will not continue your site, it was always such a joy to see your kitties, you have been and will be missed.

I am sorry to hear this. Lie happens, things change and seeing our Sunday friends has always been one of our pleasures.

Stay safe, stay well and stay healthy.

We are sorry to read this. You have been and will be missed. Please do keep in touch from time to time. It is good to know you are all ok, and we know things change over time, so we wish you all well and send you off with love and purrayers.

Though life has brought about this change, it may yet and likely will, reverse it so once more you can be with a community of like minded and fun loving people and sentient beings. After all, a door is meant to be opened and can let in life, fresh air, love and happiness.
May your new life journey bring you fresh happiness, hope and joy, and we hope to see you again some time. But if not, may good karma be with you all and across all your lives…

I was one of the people (“CatLadyMac) who wrote in when you wrote about Pip and his “swimmer’s syndrome” I just went back and read your last column about him and wanted to tell you that I mourn him now as much as I did at the time he died. Thank you and Dad for taking such good care of him and making his short life beautiful and love-filled. I wanted to revisit your writing since it sounds like you are closing down the blog files. I felt a special spot for Pip since some of my advice continued a bit to making his life easier.
Maybe you will have time to write another book ? ( I enjoyed “Belly and the Bastet.” I try to support any books written by the bloggers I follow.)

We will miss seeing you! And we’re happy to hear all is well. We understand how life can turn and change and perhaps, someday, you’ll find your way to the Cat Blogosphere again. Sending you off with squinty eyes of love from Tessa, Quint and Viola Niblet. Best wishes!

  • Zoolatry, Ann and June

Sending and sharing all the best as you move onward and upward … without question you will be missed … but we thank you for your times of being here with us, sharing stories of your many rescues we’ve so admired. Your care and attention and the endless love given to so many of our little furred-friends, for all you’ve done … blessings and thanks. It’s been a privilege to know you.

Yup, we get it. Mum is retired now and not blogging as much.
I have to bug her sometimes 😉
You need to look after you!
We wish you all the best and hope your future will be kind to you.

The kitties and I are really sorry to see you go, we have really missed your posts. I somehow missed this announcement. I do understand as I have trouble keeping up posting on my site, too.
Cheers and Meows from the kitties and me!
